Since opening our first Sri Lankan Tea house in 1958, we've worked hard to build a positive brand synonymous with delicious tea and warm, friendly service. We have continued to grow in popularity with our extensive selection of teas and beverages, which are evident every time you enter one of our tea shops. It is our commitment to quality products, along with our energetic and passionate family of Franchise Partners, that helps maintain the strength of our brand and keeps our guests coming back for more.
No, although having work experience is always an advantage. We provide comprehensive training for all areas of your new store.
New franchisees are normally granted an initial franchise term of three (3) years, with the option to renew for an additional three (3) years. This may vary depending on the duration of the lease that applies to the term.
Prices for available Rohan's are subject to change, contact us to find out the cost of an existing store you may be interested in.
It includes a fully equipped store and equipment, training, manuals, and an initial franchise fee.
A franchise service fee of 5% of your total net sales is calculated on a monthly basis.
The services you will receive include a wide range of management assistance and operational services, including:
- Ongoing operational training, tools, and support;
- Marketing support, including national advertising, public relations campaigns, media selection and national media placement;
- Strict quality control standards; and a Regional Manager to assist Franchisees in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
